Skate Photo Calendar

“Time waits for no man... That’s why you need a f***ing calendar.”

Typography, layout, and prepress (plus a t-shirt) for a calendar featuring the skate photography of my good friend Leo Wilson.

In designing the calendar I wanted loose hand drawn titles reminiscent of street art to compliment Leo’s dynamic photography, paired with a modern grid that would perform effectively as a calendar. 100 calendars were printed, and copies were sold at Utah skate shops as well as online via special order.

The shirt design was inspired by vintage 90’s skateboard apparel and physical print aesthetics. I personally screen-printed 20 shirts, and they were sold as a limited edition promotional item that came bundled with the calendar.
