Fading Acres

“Fading Acres” is a branding system for a fictional retirement community incorporating elements of narrative and satire. Though “Fading Acres” has a professional and elegant veneer, under the surface hides a story of corruption, greed, and corporate jargon.

In creating the brand I decided to play the design straight and professional so as to not undercut the gag (à la National Lampoon), though I did have some fun with the stock photos and copywriting.
